CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an excellent employer based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant- Credit control on a part time basis. This role will help support the existing finance team whilst they focus on a number of internal changes within the business, supporting in billings, payment allocations and query resolutions.
This role will suit someone looking for part time hours around 20-25 hours a week, and our client is ideally looking for someone to work 3 full days, however this can be flexible.
What will the Credit Control role involve?
Processing payments, ensuring correct allocations
Reconciliation of payments
Raising credit notes
Chasing overdue payments
Resolving queries
Supporting in service improvement projects
Suitable Candidate for the Credit control vacancy:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in sales ledger or credit control
confident communicator both with internal and external parties
previous experience using Excel and accounting packages
confident in verbal and written communication styles
