A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its established Worthing office.
This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied residential caseload within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative backing and regular salary reviews linked to performance.
The Role
You will manage a broad caseload including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Lease extensions (voluntary and statutory)
* Equity releases
About You
* 1-10 PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
* Confident running files independently from instruction to completion
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Organised and commercially aware
