Are you passionate about motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team? Do you prioritize safety, quality, attendance, and performance? As a Delivery Operations Shift Manager, you will play a vital role in meeting customer expectations by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
You will be an inspiring leader in one of our Delivery Stations, focusing on improving delivery process efficiency to ensure customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. You will work with your peers to ensure smooth workflows and exceed customer expectations.
Shift Pattern and Working Hours: The shift pattern is 4 days on and 3 days off, with working hours from 2:30 am to 12:30 pm. Flexibility is required as the site operates 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
2. Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards on-site.
3. Collaborate with support teams such as ACES, Finance, Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans meeting business objectives.
4. Stand and walk for up to 10 hours during shifts.
5. Lead a large team of Associates.

Our Worldwide Operations network delivers millions of packages daily. Our workflow consists of three components: First mile (product housing), Middle mile (transportation), and Last mile (delivery to customers). Despite variations, our vision remains customer-centric.
Basic Qualifications
* 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
* Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
