You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic office team working across our busy two site primary school in Burton upon Trent. Candidates should possess- • Excellent written and verbal communications skills for effective working with staff, parents/carers, pupils, other professionals. • Excellent numeracy skills. • Extensive administrative experience including invoicing. • Excellent organisational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Publisher and Excel. Knowledge of SIMS and MyFinance would be a bonus. • Experience of Line Management and experience with inductions, appraisals and mentoring. • Understanding of health & safety procedures and regulations, experience carrying out risk assessments is desirable.
