Hey you—the organised, people-savvy, property-loving pro. I’m on the hunt for a brilliant Block Manager to join our buzzing team in South West London. If you’ve got a knack for keeping buildings beautiful and clients smiling, this one’s for you.
What’s the gig? You’ll be the go-to person for a tight-knit portfolio of well-kept buildings (all within walking distance—no Tube marathons here). From day-to-day management to long-term planning, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork and every client feels like a VIP.
Expect To
* Build strong relationships with leaseholders and freeholders
* Coordinate contractors and keep maintenance on point
* Stay on top of compliance and health & safety
* Lead Section 20 works and budget planning
* Chair AGMs like a boss
* Keep communication clear, upbeat, and proactive
What you bring to the table:
* 2+ years of block management experience required!
* Top-tier communication and problem-solving skills
* Confidence managing contractors and juggling projects
* Financial know-how with service charge budgets
* TPI qualification (or working towards it)—ARMA folks welcome too
