About The Role
* Position: Team Leader
* Hours: Full time

We are looking for a Care Team Leader who cares about making every moment matter for the people we support.
The role involves providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting their individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their support plans.
You will promote the health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support, ensuring these are met inclusively.
Responsibilities include facilitating social, educational, or work activities, such as visiting family and friends, walks, shopping, and recreational activities of their choice, as well as general housekeeping duties like shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care.
You will need to complete various records and documentation as part of your role.
About You
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people with dignity?
You should be adaptable, flexible, possess excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Desirable qualifications include supporting people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors, and working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
