This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where youll drive integrated demand generation, optimise the marketing tech stack, and work closely with Sales to fuel revenue growth.
The Opportunity
Youll own the full demand engine from campaign strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting and ROI analysis.
Working alongside Sales and senior leadership, youll:
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Operationally lead targeted ABM programmes for key accounts
Manage lifecycle marketing (nurture, recycle, scoring, routing)
Oversee CRM, automation, attribution and data integrity
Drive SEO, AI search optimisation (AIO/GEO), web performance and CRO
Deliver digital events and strategic marketing initiatives
This is not a top-line strategy only role its ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaigns, systems, tracking and performance optimisation.
What Youll Be Doing
Owning integrated campaign runbooks (plan ? build ? QA ? launch ? optimise ? report)
Building dashboards across channel, campaign and funnel performance
Strengthening Sales & Marketing alignment (SLA tracking, lead velocity, conversion insight)
Managing martech tooling (CRM, automation, email ops, tracking, SEO execution)
Supporting account-based marketing plays in collaboration with commercial leads
Leading event delivery and post-event ROI analysis
Driving continuous test-and-learn optimisation to improve marketing ROI
What Were Looking For
Strong hands-on B2B demand generation experience
Confident managing CRM/automation platforms and attribution
Experience running multi-channel campaigns (paid, search, social, email, web)
Comfortable with data, reporting and insight-led optimisation
Knowledge of SEO and AI-driven search visibility
Experience supporting ABM programmes is highly desirable
Highly organised, commercially aware and delivery-focused
