An exciting opportunity has opened up at a fast-growing PR and communications agency based in Reading. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Account Director to join their dynamic client services team and play a key role in leading high-impact campaigns across both B2B and B2C sectors.

As an Account Director, you’ll take the lead on 6–7 client accounts, helping to shape and deliver strategic PR and communications campaigns. Your role will span digital PR, media relations, content creation, and social media — all aligned with clients’ business objectives. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and will have direct line management responsibilities — so leadership skills and a desire to nurture junior talent are essential.
