Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects
&##Ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements while maintaining quality
&##Provide senior oversight and mentorship across other ongoing projects
&##Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency
Proven delivery of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations at scale
✅ Strong client-facing consulting background with relationship-building skills
✅ Full lifecycle experience delivering Oracle-based HCM/ERP solutions
✅ Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC Level)
