As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be visiting customers in their homes across North West London and the surrounding areas, fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again. Managing your time through the day, you’ll keep customers and colleagues updated on your progress and maintain stock levels in your van.
A full, valid driving licence is required. For upselling our products, you’ll be rewarded with bonus incentives on the products you sell. You’ll be organised, have strong communication skills, and be dedicated to finding the best outcome for the customer.
Ideally, we’d like experience as a White Goods Engineer. However, what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support have been designed to prepare you to deliver excellent service to our customers.
1. £32,916 per annum starting salary if you’re a Field Service Engineer without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience, with the opportunity to earn £37,304 once you’re fully trained and meet the minimum requirements.
2. £37,304 per annum starting salary if you have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
3. London allowance of up to £6,500 per annum.
4. Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.
5. Enhanced rate over time.

The ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision are considered central requirements. Offers of employment are subject to testing to ensure that candidates can comply with the basic health and safety requirements of the role, including distinguishing between live, neutral, and earth wires.
