A fantastic opportunity has become available for a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience providing restorative practices to young people with a diverse set of complex needs. This is an 'Outstanding' OFSTED rated mainstream school in Wickford, which is actively recruiting specialist behaviour support workers with a psychology or criminology graduate background. The school is looking for either an experienced SEN behaviour support worker or a graduate, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs.

* Level 3 and higher
* Graduates are desirable
* Good education background
* Great communication skills
* SEN experience
