Job Description
3. Handle a varied caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
4. Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients regarding personal injury matters.
5. Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
6. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
7. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
11. Qualified as a solicitor in Scotalnd status with 4+ PQE in personal injury law.
12. Proven experience managing a caseload within the legal field.
13. Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury cases.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
