Peripatetic Registered Care Home Manager - National Travel Required as part of this role.
Nurse Registered.
Based either Bradford, Halifax or Leeds.
Circa £K - plus £5, Car allowance and mileage.

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Home Manager to join an established family-run, Nursing & Residential Care provider, who provide a full range of care services for residents across care homes in England and Wales.

You will use your expertise to develop and sustain the Home, leading and supporting your team to deliver high standards of care. You should have substantial experience and excellent people management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with your team, residents, relatives, and the community.
About you:
We are looking for a Qualified Home Manager with experience managing homes specializing in Dementia and General Nursing, and leading teams in a Person-centered Care environment. Experience in clinical operations and commissioning a new care home is desirable.
Key Accountabilities:
* Level 5 in Leadership Management
* Experienced in caring for older people
* Confident leader with drive to grow and develop a team
* Experience managing successful healthcare homes or services
* Knowledge of CQC regulations
* Passionate about quality care
* Positive, motivating leadership style
