Installations Assistant Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (DoE)

As the Installation Assistant you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and staff to facilitate the pre-installation survey and subsequent installation itself including completion of all associated paperwork.
Understanding clients’ requirements and build installation plans that suit their needs.
Scope projects and provide detailed plans and options for implementation (including pricing).
Monitor and support the delivery of work from electrical engineers, providing support to the Senior Electrician and their management of remote engineers.
Co-ordinate installations including stock, tools, staffing as well as health & safety requirements.
Comprehensive computer literacy including proficient use of MS Office tools.
Bonus points
Experience of installation administration.
Experience in delivering electrical projects for multiple clients.
Experience of full project lifecycle from concept, scoping and requirements definition through to successful delivery and closure.
