Audit & Accounts Senior

As an Audit Senior, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the manager in planning, performing, and completing audit assignments.
* Taking ownership of all aspects of audit fieldwork.
* Being actively involved in the budget-setting process and ensuring that tasks are completed within the agreed timelines and budgets.
* Preparing and reviewing high-quality audit documentation and drafting financial statements.
* Managing and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines effectively.
* Delegating tasks to junior team members, providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to trainees when required.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, audit team members, and the wider firm.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part-qualified with a solid level of practical experience and exam progress.
* A strong track record of leading onsite audits with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
* Excellent technical knowledge with a proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
* A flexible attitude to work, taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Proficiency in numerical and data analysis with excellent attention to detail.
