Axel Monroe are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client in their search for an E-Commerce Executive, at a pivotal phase in their growth trajectory. This business has been a huge success story within the FMCG world and is an innovative player in the well-being marketplace.
Our client are now seeking a data-driven and analytical Ecommerce Executive to help shape and execute their digital growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Founders and the Head of Performance & Digital, this role will be central to optimising customer journeys, boosting retention, and driving conversion across multiple digital touchpoints. With a strong focus on structured analysis, testing and optimisation, you’ll bring insight-led thinking to every campaign and channel.
Responsibilities
* Performance & Creative Strategy – Paid Media analysis, testing and optimisation
* CRM & Retention – data-led Email, SMS and lifecycle marketing campaigns
* Website Experience – enhancing conversion through insight-driven improvements
* Community & Post-Purchase – analysing and refining customer engagement
* Amazon Marketing – supporting launch and optimisation strategy
Qualifications
* Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret and act on ecommerce performance data
* Structured, proactive, and commercially minded
* Experienced in D2C ecommerce or data-led digital marketing
* Comfortable balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery
* Experienced when it comes to the use of Shopify led companies
Location & Working Arrangements
There is a flexible budget attached to this position. The client is seeking the right profile for this pivotal role and requires the candidate to be comfortable working in a Zone 2 London location on-site for 5 days a week.
