Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of Risk-Based Testing methodologies. Experience testing Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Data Migration projects. Strong SQL and database testing skills, including Oracle or similar. AWS experience. Experience producing Test Approach and Test Completion documentation. Proficiency with Jira, Zephyr Scale, Git, or similar tools. ETL testing experience. Integration Testing experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Denodo experience is desirable. Experience working on large-scale data transformation programmes is desirable. Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments is desirable. Responsibilities: Define and document our test approaches and testing strategies. Create and maintain our test coverage and traceability matrices. Analyse business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts. Perform Functional System Testing and Integration Testing. Support End-to-End (E2E) testing activities. Prepare and manage our test data requirements. Identify, investigate, and track defects through to resolution. Produce regular test status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders. Apply Risk-Based Testing principles to maximise test effectiveness. Collaborate with development teams, business users, and external suppliers to support successful project delivery. This is a 6-month contract based in Telford, working on a hybrid basis with 2 days onsite per week, and the role is inside IR35 at £340 per day.
