Partner Recruitment Assistant
One of our top US law firms have created a new role within their London office for a Partner Recruitment Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis:

Key Responsibilities of the Partner Recruitment Assistant:
• Managing all administrative aspects of the firm's recruitment processes for Partner lateral hires including on boarding• Liaising with Partner recruitment agencies• Scheduling of interviews, liaising with Legal EAs, room bookings etc.• Tracking the day-to-day recruitment activities (all roles and their status)• Providing reports on recruitment activity on a regular basis to ensure stakeholders are up to date• Managing the on boarding of new Partners into the business including pre-joiner meetings and induction• Scheduling new joiner catch-ups
Skills & Requirements of the Partner Recruitment Assistant:
• 1 year+ of experience working within HR/Recruitment at administrator level• Experience working in a Law Firm is highly advantageous
