Job Summary
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experienced Cardiac Cath Lab/Cardiac Device physiologist/Clinical Scientist to work within our rapidly developing diagnostic Unit. The department offers a broad range of invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests, including a wide range of ambulatory monitoring, physiologist led/medically supervised ETT, Echocardiography, diagnostic Cardiac Catheterisation, Cardiac Device implantation and follow-up (pacemakers, resynchronisation, high voltage devices and conduction system pacing).
Qualifications
* BSc Clinical Physiology (Cardiology)/Healthcare Science Cardiac science or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
* Masters Level qualification in a relevant subject e.g. HRUK/IBHRE
* RCCP/HCPC registration
Responsibilities
The post holder will work as part of a team of cardiac physiologists based in the Cardiac Physiology department, providing a quality service to both inpatients and outpatients. They will undertake a range of complex activities of a highly specialist nature (Cardiac Cath Lab/Cardiac Device), ensuring that they provide a high standard of care to all patients accessing the service within the resources available. Working across the sites within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) as service requires.

* Welsh language speaking/listening skills at Level 3 or above
