Located in the heart of West Bridgford, we’re looking for a charismatic, energetic, and people-focused Deputy General Manager to help lead our restaurant and bar.
This is a key leadership role within the business, perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on creating atmosphere, and naturally brings energy to a room. We’re looking for a genuine host — someone who can inspire a team, build relationships with guests, and help create the kind of restaurant & bar people can’t wait to come back to.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager to continue building a fun, positive, and high-performing team culture centred around warmth, personality, and heartfelt hospitality.

The Role:
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant & bar
* Lead from the floor during service, creating a warm, lively, and memorable guest experience
* Bring energy and positivity to every shift, helping set the tone for the team
* Build strong relationships with guests and create a loyal local following
* Support the recruitment, training, and development of a happy and motivated team
* Maintain high standards of service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and presentation
* Take ownership of smooth daily operations in the General Manager’s absence
* Support events, private bookings, and busy service periods with confidence and enthusiasm

* Confident, engaging, and calm in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Passionate about food, drinks, music, atmosphere, and creating memorable experiences

* Ideally experienced in a busy restaurant & bar environment, but attitude and character matter most
