* Chair statutory independent reviews, ensuring all legal and statutory requirements are met.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and evaluations of care plans.

* Provide clear and constructive recommendations to improve the quality of care and practice standards.
* Maintain and continuously develop expert knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
