Principal Resourcing are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion Team, supporting students with special educational needs, in one of our client secondary schools based in York.
This is an opportunity for a skilled individual to work in a key post that contributes directly to the care of young people at the school. The successful candidate will share and communicate the values and ethos of the school, possess excellent communication, organisational skills and team work. They will be responsible for the welfare of students and ensure that they follow the school’s Behaviour and Reward Policy.
We are seeking Practitioners with:
* A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
