Salary Range: $34.17 - $35.62 per hour pending experience
Join our team as a School Officer-Administration & Timetabling - Inclusive Education 7-12at Ryan Catholic College!
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated School Officer to work in a Permanent, Term Time capacity completing 30 hours per week.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Inclusive Education team by managing timetables for School Officers and providing administrative support to Inclusive Practices Teachers. You’ll ensure that timetables are tailored to meet the learning, social, emotional, and individual needs of students while supporting staff to deliver high-quality educational outcomes. With organisation, attention to detail, and initiative, you’ll maintain accurate records, assist with case management, and provide support for programs such as the Pathways Program, including coordinating transport when required.
You’ll work closely with teachers and leadership, helping to maintain NCCD and QCIA evidence, manage Learning Plans and Adjusted Curriculum Plans, and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date on systems such as Compass and iSupport. Through your proactive approach, empathy, and collaborative mindset, you’ll contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students and staff can thrive.
