PDI Technician (Pre Delivery Inspection of Vehicles) Location: Bicester The Role What Youll Be Doing: As a PDI Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless delivery of our hand-built vehicles. Your responsibilities will include: Final inspections Checking each vehicle to exacting standards, ensuring it meets all quality and performance criteria. Test driving Evaluating drivability and performance against set parameters. Quality control & documentation Completing compliance records and ensuring every detail is perfect before sign-off. Problem-solving Diagnosing vehicle issues, root-cause analysis, and working closely with build technicians to refine processes. Continuous improvement Contributing to the evolution of our build and inspection processes to drive efficiency and excellence. Supporting prototype builds Assisting in the testing and development of new, cutting-edge projects. What Were Looking For: A background in niche, low-volume, or motorsport engineering, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
