Store Colleague
Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.
The Role: As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. Availability: at least one weekend and mornings or evenings throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
* Effectively communicate with customers and convey information clearly in both verbal and written forms.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and support business performance.
* Collaborate as part of a team to maintain a customer‑centric culture and deliver excellent service.
