About the Role
Are you a proactive professional ready to drive growth in our Power & Pump division across the Midlands & South East? In this exciting role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your mission? To increase sales, rentals, and profits by targeting opportunities in both existing and new market verticals.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market, identifying strategic opportunities to grow market share.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver industry-leading standards to our customer base.
* Build strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers.
* Prospect for new customers and explore new opportunities with existing clients.
* Engage in continuous personal development on product and application knowledge.
* Contribute to and work with Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM system.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your designated area.
* Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided in your area.
What We’re Looking For
* Outside sales experience in generators or power generation equipment.
* Experience in selling and specifying pumps is a plus.
* Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions like solar or battery storage, or plant rental experience.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Effective communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude with a passion to win.
* A valid UK driving license.
