We are searching for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our successful and team based in Seaton Carew.The ideal candidate will be competent in pricing all aspects of construction & groundworks projects to include labour, materials and equipment provisions. They will also be confident in liaising and negotiating with clients.Other duties will include:* Completing take offs, producing and pricing bill of quantities.* Accurately calculating project costs to present to clients.* Pricing competitively to win projects whilst retaining a healthy profit margin.* Researching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers.* Monitoring and reacting to inflation.* Working alongside other members of the Estimating and Quantity Surveying team as and when required.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Company pension* Free parking* On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:* Seaton Carew: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Licence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
