What You'll Do
* Lead quality improvement initiatives for regional operations and take accountability for departmental data performance.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and problem resolution.
* Use both Chinese and English as working languages for communication and reporting.
About You
* At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in quality improvement, process optimization, or lean management.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Strong data analysis skills with practical experience in driving continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
