Supervisor - Parking Enforcement - Lincolnshire - Full Time; 45 hours per week - Salary: £30,771 per annum
Do you have experience supervising a team? Do you have good people management skills? Do you have a full clean, UK manual driving licence? We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire. As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract. What will you do?:
1. Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
2. Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
3. Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures
4. Motivate, praise and develop your team
5. Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team
6. Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
7. Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff
8. Maintain and uphold client liaisons.
What will you bring?:
9. Experience as a previous civil enforcement officer or previous supervisor experience in a similar industry such as security or facilities.
10. Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
11. Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
12. Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing of reports
13. Good written and verbal communication
14. Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
