About The Role: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: To undertake maintenance duties as to make sure all reports are accurately completed within specific timescales To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks associated with building maintenance and projects To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of testing and inspections, Emergency Lighting tests etc. To undertake Project, Minor Works, Compliance, PPM and reactive works to a high standard and within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction. Working in a safe manner always, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, relevant stakeholders, staff and external bodies What are we looking for? National 4/5 Maths, Science or Physics Relevant aptitude test, BPEC or equivalent Plumbing & Heating Entry-level training is advantageous but not compulsory Previous work experience would be advantageous but not compulsory Positive and can-do attitude Eager to learn and advance your skills and knowledge Ability to work safely always and the ability to understand the contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations. Possess effective communication skills with the ability to write reports and or communicate verbally with the Manager, helpdesk and college representatives.
