What will you be doing?
eduSOIL is delivering complex, multi‑layered, volunteer‑enabled programmes that span onsite delivery in schools and communities, online learning, wellbeing practice, virtual youth exchange, youth social action and international collaboration in post‑conflict societies as well as with conflict affected communities.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Capture ethical video content: Film youth programmes in a way that protects dignity, consent and safeguarding standards at all times.
* Document youth‑led journeys: Visually tell the Feel–Imagine–Do–Share journey clearly and authentically.
* Edit impact‑focused videos: Produce short, engaging films for campaigns, reports and storytelling.
* Manage consent responsibly: Ensure all participants have appropriate permissions recorded before use.
* Secure digital handling: Store and transfer footage safely in line with data protection practices.
* Collaborate with teams: Work with Creative, Marketing and Programme leads to align content with brand and values.
* Uphold brand standards: Ensure tone, visuals and messaging reflect organisational guidelines.
* Plan shoots responsibly: Coordinate filming schedules with programme teams to minimise disruption and ensure safe environments.
* Maintain equipment standards: Use and care for filming equipment to ensure professional‑quality output.
* Create platform‑ready formats: Adapt videos for social media, website, reports and presentations.
* Apply trauma‑informed editing: Avoid sensationalism and ensure stories are told with sensitivity and context.
