What Youll Do
As a key EICA specialist, youll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
You will:
Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
Create high quality engineering outputs, including:
Single-line diagrams
Cable block diagrams
Control system architecture
MCC datasheets
Load schedules
Control Philosophies
Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards
This is a role where your expertise and leadership directly shape outcomes.
What Were Looking For
A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
You will have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Ex perience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
Expertise in:
Electrical power systems
Water treatment control systems
Integrated system design
Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A self motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high quality engineering
Desirable:
Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
Proven mentoring or leadership experience
A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
