Murphy's Laundry Equipment – Ireland's trusted commercial laundry partner – is growing, and we're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team
About the Role:
As our new Office Administrator, you'll be the heart of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From handling customer enquiries to coordinating service schedules and supporting our team with admin tasks, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver the high-quality service we're known for.
What You'll Do:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer communications
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our field technicians
Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records
Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams
Keep our office organised and running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an office/admin role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
