Plain Clothed Security Personnel (Store Detective) – Full‑time
Pay rate: £15.45 per hour
Locations: Cambridge, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, March
A valid UK driving licence is required. Mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile up to 5,000 miles, and 25p thereafter. A valid SIA SG, DS or CP licence is preferred; training may be provided to the right applicant.
Responsibilities
* Observe and apprehend persons behaving dishonestly within the agreed legal and safety limits.
* Liaise with local authorities and crime‑prevention partners to stay updated on crime trends in the area.
* Actively participate as part of our safety‑focused team; collaboration drives success.
* Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

Qualifications
* Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* SIA licence preferred (SG, DS or CP); training support available.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
