An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to join a leading premium interiors showroom in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-led environment and enjoys helping customers bring their home renovation ideas to life.
About the Role
As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of a busy, high-end showroom. Working closely with the Showroom Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain exceptional presentation standards, and ensure every customer receives a tailored and memorable showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the overall management of daily showroom operations
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the showroom team
* Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry through to completion
* Guiding customers through product choices, design options, and solutions
* Ensuring the showroom is consistently well-presented and merchandised
* Handling quotations, order processing, and customer follow-up
* Contributing to sales targets and supporting commercial performance
What We're Looking For
* Experience in retail, showroom, design, interiors, or customer-facing management
* Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative, supportive approach
* Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
* A passion for home interiors and design-led products
* High attention to detail with a focus on delivering premium standards
* Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on attitude
