Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of Boundary Outlet, providing a warm welcome to suppliers and visitors. You’ll manage our main reception operations efficiently and support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries promptly.
* Manage visitor logs, appointments, and bookings.
* Provide information about store departments, events, and promotions to customers.
* Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.


What We’re Looking For

* A friendly and approachable individual with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
* A professional and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
