Location: Lancing, West Sussex – Bespoke Supported Living Service Salary: £13.85 per hour (reviewed annually) Hours: 17.5–36 hours per week (Days) / 17.5 hours per week (Nights) Contract: Permanent Requirement: Full UK driving licence (automatic accepted, held for 1 year) Make a Real Impact as a Support Worker in Lancing We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our SDR Care team. You will provide 2:1, person-centred support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and epilepsy, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment in a structured and engaging environment. The individual you will support enjoys: Outdoor adventures Music Water play Trampolining Your role will focus on supporting independence, building confidence, and creating meaningful daily experiences that promote wellbeing and quality of life. You will also be required to drive the service user’s vehicle for community activities, so a valid driving licence is essential.
