About The Role
HC-One are looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
You will be supported with a quick onboarding process from offer to Day One.
About You
You’ll be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritise, and have a knack for following recipes precisely. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking to our Residents. When you communicate with a Resident or co-worker, you’ll be considerate and kind. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and you are able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. You will attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training as needed. You will seek appropriate advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.
