This individual will develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the organization's services. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly complex care services, and the ability to navigate its unique challenges. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the complex care sector. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and referral sources.
