Head of Property Management Leeds (LS1) - £45,000 + Benefits Im currently working with a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency, part of a leading UK-wide property group, who are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Property Management to lead their Leeds operation. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who has a strong background in managing large property portfolios and is confident driving performance, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.The Role Youll take full responsibility for overseeing a sizeable property management function, leading a team of Property Managers and ensuring service delivery is consistent, efficient, and client-focused.Key areas of responsibility include:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team
* Managing relationships with key portfolio landlords and clients
* Overseeing onboarding and training of new team members
* Driving operational improvements and implementing best practice
* Working closely with senior leadership to report on performance and progress
* Handling complex and escalated complaints
* Identifying and delivering improvements across underperforming areas
About You
* ARLA qualified (essential)
* Strong track record managing large property management teams and portfolios
* Confident leader with a hands-on approach to coaching and development
* Operationally strong, with the ability to streamline processes and improve performance
* Experienced in handling escalations and resolving complex issues
* Familiar with property management systems (Reapit experience would be advantageous)
* Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
