We are seeking a confident and capable Interim Home Manager to lead a well-established elderly care home during a period of transition. This is a key appointment requiring strong operational oversight, clear leadership, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
As Interim Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, team stability, and positive outcomes for residents. You will quickly assess current performance, identify priorities, and implement effective action plans where required.

Location
The role is based around Pudsey and is therefore commutable from Harrogate, Skipton, Settle, Ripon, Burnley, Colne, BradfordBarnsley, Sheffield, Glossop, Doncaster, Selby, Goole, Leeds and surrounding areas
