The Digital Business Systems Administrator role is a new position within the Estates Directorate, supporting the implementation and development of the university’s computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software, Concerto. The role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all business systems used by the Estates Directorate, including CAFM software, SharePoint, and other specialist and Microsoft products.
You will have:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, taking responsibility for specific areas
* Knowledge of maintaining and developing SQL databases
* Understanding of database management principles
* Experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
* Relevant experience troubleshooting digital business systems for stakeholders
