Now, there may be some reoccurring themes around developing independence such as: Attending appointments, weekly shopping etc. Emotional and mental wellbeing support. Administering and assisting with medication. Support with budgeting and understanding finances. Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation. Health and fitness activities such as swimming, gym, trampoline parks etc. Building social skills through leisure activities like bowling, pool, meals out. Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services.
