WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SHIFT SUPERVISOR WHO CAN - Open/ Close the business, to standard in the absence of the Manager
Lead the team in delivering genuine hospitality to our customers
Demonstrate excellent floor service and drive consistency on busy shifts
Use thier knowledge to help and support the front of house team
Communicate efficiently, ensuring the shift runs smoothly
Continually looks for ways to improve the way we do things and plays an active role in ensuring these improvements are implemented
