As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy across two premium lifestyle brands. This is a varied and dynamic role where you’ll manage key accounts, support external agents, organise trade shows, and support customers with their queries.
Our client is a well-established, design-led manufacturer with a reputation for quality and craftsmanship. With a growing national presence and strong brand identity, they’re now looking for a driven sales professional to help take their retail division to the next level.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll benefit from:

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders
* Managing key retail accounts and wholesale platforms, ensuring strong relationships and growth
* Supporting a network of UK agents with marketing assets, training and communication
* Organising trade shows
* Coordinating customer samples
* Supporting both B2B and B2C customers with retail-related queries
* Reporting weekly sales figures to the management team
As a Sales Administrator, your skills and experience will include:
* Proven experience in retail sales and key account management, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C dynamics
* Skilled in processing customer orders, coordinating product samples, and managing wholesale platform operations
* Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow strong client relationships, particularly with key retail accounts and UK agents
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with hands-on experience in supporting trade shows, training sessions, and marketing communications
* Proficient in using data to inform decision-making, including reporting on weekly sales performance and supporting sales forecasting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional team support
