As a Parts Counter Apprentice at HRN Group, youâll work within our busy Parts Department while completing a recognised Level 5 qualification in Warehousing, Storage & Distribution.\n\nThis hands-on role will give you practical experience in receiving deliveries, organising stock, picking and supplying parts, supporting customers, and learning how a professional parts department operates within the construction, agricultural, and groundcare industry.\n\nYouâll work closely with our Parts, Service, and Sales teams, developing valuable skills in stock control, customer service, logistics operations, and warehouse processes. With full training and support provided, this is an excellent opportunity to start building a long-term career within a well-established and growing business. During your apprenticeship, youâll develop a wide range of practical and professional skills, including:\n\nReceiving, storing, and organising stock efficiently\nPicking, packing, and supplying parts accurately\nStock control and inventory management\nCustomer service and communication skills\nUsing warehouse and stock management systems\nHealth & safety awareness within logistics operations\nTeamwork and working effectively with colleagues\nTime management and organisation skills\nUnderstanding goods-in and goods-out processes\nMaintaining clean, safe, and organised working areas\n\nYouâll also complete industry-recognised training as part of your Level 5 Warehousing, Storage & Distribution qualification, covering areas such as logistics operations, customer service, stock handling, and workplace safety Weâre looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
