Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Part 147 Training Coordinator to join the Engineering Training department. We are seeking someone with prior experience in Part 147 training who can coordinate training activities and support the highest standards we maintain.
The role includes responsibilities such as:
* Ensuring training records are maintained according to Part 147 standards.
* Managing security and access control measures.
* Coordinating all approved training documentation and managing the audit system.
* Preparing and updating maintenance training and instructor schedules.
* Ensuring availability of equipment and materials for training and assessments.
* Maintaining records for training staff and ensuring they are up-to-date.
* Overseeing fair conduct of examinations as an invigilator, in line with Part 147 standards across the UK and Europe.
* Developing and maintaining training programs aligned with Ryanair Engineering operations.
* Demonstrating a hands-on attitude and strong organizational skills.
* Communicating effectively in written and oral formats.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have previous experience in a Training department, preferably within Aviation Engineering.
* Possess a keen eye for detail and can escalate issues appropriately.
* Can plan and meet deadlines set by management.
* Have a good knowledge of IT systems and a willingness to learn new software tools.
* Can scrutinize processes and provide constructive feedback on non-compliance.
* Are effective communicators, comfortable interacting through various communication channels.
* Are eager to learn, responsible, flexible, and adaptable to change.
* Can work under pressure and seek solutions proactively.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
