Responsibilities
* Commercial Assistant
o Support UK Sales team for retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges, and more.
o Update business on sales performance and insights.
o Execute sales plans as directed.
o Collaborate with Marketing for retailer differentiation.
o Audit and update brand e-content on retailer websites.
o Analyse monthly sales data as needed.
o Manage samples and goody bags for retailers.
o Monitor performance against KPIs and competitors.
o Track sell-out performance in key markets.
o Provide insights and presentations for competitor understanding.
o Assist in strategic opportunities and stakeholder management.
o Review pricing, propose promotions, and coordinate activations.
o Implement promotional plans and provide administrative support.
o Coordinate new product launch activations with Marketing.
o Promote ecommerce excellence and an omni-channel approach.
o Manage new line forms and invoice processing.
o Support range review tasks and analysis.
o Improve store implementation for better sales/customer experience.
* E-Commerce Assistant
o Analyse sales and shopper data, sharing insights with e‑commerce and sales teams.
o Monitor online market for execution, compliance, and competition.
o Utilise data and P&L analysis for informed decisions.
o Assist in monthly promotional plans and EPOS tracking.
o Enhance EPOS processes for value and efficiency gains.
o Support Amazon operations, report sales, and ensure data alignment.
o Manage new product development, aligning with Marketing and Sales.
o Execute A+ content and launch plans as per marketing calendars.
o Manage Amazon marketing packages, secure merchandising spots.
o Create top-tier content with Marketing, track placements and uplifts.
o Review and optimize content regularly, update brand stores.
o Lead Amazon site content, deliver relevant assets, optimize visibility.
o Monitor reports to meet KPIs, optimize content and availability.
o A passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with latest trends.
o Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
o Sense of initiative, creativity and problem solving.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work effectively to deadlines and in a team.
o Eligible to work in the UK.
