Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Quinton, Birmingham. This role is available for an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £167 to £232 depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements can also be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and track student progress to ensure academic development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
Work closely with the SENCO and other staff members to support students with additional needs.
Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress and school activities.
Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning space.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with Year 4 students.
Strong understanding of the primary national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
