What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision‑making
* Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible
* Maintaining a customer‑first approach while meeting operational targets
* Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
About You
